We do Forex fund management in USA, the UK and all other countries of Europe, staying compliant with ESMA and CFTC/NFA.
The US clients who have accounts in US brokers, are accepted. We trade in American accounts because our trading style is complaint with no hedging, FIFO and other CFTC/NFA rules; and a leverage of 1:50 is sufficient.
Similarly, we accept clients from the UK and other European countries despite ESMA reduced leverage to 1:30 and 1:20 for major and minor pairs (respectively). Reduced leverage force us to reduce our lot size but trading remains the same, so risk as well as profitability is reduced by half. But trading with 15-20% drawdown with 15% average monthly profit in ESMA accounts is still attractive. The clients who still look for bigger leverage can either apply for professional accounts in ESMA brokers or can open accounts Australia.
